Building Habits

Building Habits

Intro

Habits are how your vision and goals show up in real life.

It’s easy to think change comes from motivation or willpower, but research shows we mostly live at the level of our daily systems. In other words, how you show up consistently matters more than how inspired you feel once in a while.

Habits aren’t about doing more. They’re about choosing a few small, repeatable actions that help you show up as your best self more often. When habits are simple, meaningful, and within your control, they create momentum... even on days when energy is low. It's time to create habits that matter.

Instructions

  1. What habits does the best version of you have?Choose 1–3 small habits that feel most important in this next chapter. If unsure, consider your morning and evening routine.
  2. When will the habit happen?Anchor each habit to a specific moment in your day (upon waking up, after lunch, before bed). Habits stick best when they’re tied to a routine you already have.
  3. How can you make this habit easy to repeat?Shrink it until it feels doable even on your busiest or lowest-energy days. Consistency matters more than intensity.
  4. Why does this habit matter to you?Write one sentence about how this habit helps you show up as your best self.
