Power of Curiosity
Intro
We all grow up with a natural ability to explore and get immersed in pure discovery. Most of us unfortunately lose it quickly.
How often do you find yourself in a place of deep curiosity? How about in the middle of a challenging situation? We often instinctively jump to making a judgment and taking action before fully exploring all that there is to learn.
It is a mindset skill to observe a situation, and stay open to explore options, before reacting to stress. The goal of this tool is to strengthen that skill, unlocking perspective and resilience in the moments that matter.
